Move the k8s.io staging libraries to the 1.37 release, in the root module and in the hack, tests/e2e, ai-conformance and traceserver modules. CODEGEN_VERSION follows the same version, as it is not resolved through go.mod. Regenerated code and CRDs follow from the bump: client-gen now emits discovery.DiscoveryInterfaces, and the ConfigMapKeySelector.Key description was expanded upstream.
